Steve Litwer was promoted to SVP-Advertising Sales in February 2008 and leads all OnMedia operations in the U.S. He has been with Mediacom's ad sales division since its inception, following ten years with cable MSOs Telecable, TCI and AT&T. His most recent prior position was Group VP-Advertising Sales with Mediacom. Previously, Mr. Litwer held various management positions in radio and broadcast TV. Dan Schons started his advertising career in 1984, selling radio time on KLWN/KLZR in Lawrence Kansas. He began working in the cable advertising industry as a salesperson in August 1984 with TeleCable Targeting in Overland Park, Kansas. He was a salesperson until 1996 when he moved to the position of Business and Technical Operations Director for TCI Media Services-Great Plains Region. In 2000, he became the Operations Director for AT&T Media Services-Group Central. Linda Pasalich oversees Human Resources for all OnMedia operations. She has worked in the cable industry since 1989 and has handled HR concerns since 1996. She began her career with Mediacom in 1998 when the company for which she worked was purchased.
